Examples of assessment areas include:

HUMAN RESOURCES:  

​​The degree to which the workplace is healthy or toxic, gaps in policies and procedures, effectiveness and legality of investigations related to complaints about psychological safety in the workplace,  salary grid implementation, clarity of job descriptions and roles, staff satisfaction, etc

FINANCE AND FACILITY:   
How much short  and long financial stability does the organization have, effectiveness of systems and procedures, how do the facility and equipment maximize the delivery of services and operating the organization, effectiveness of monitoring by the Board of Directors, etc  


RELATIONSHIPS: 
The degree of trust held by funders, donors, clients, and members, effectiveness of the relationships between the CEO/Executive Director and the Board/Council of Directors, government and industry stakeholder perceptions of the organization, etc


Once the review is complete, a report will be provided with recommendations.
